Josh King OH (2023) has seen his footballing career go from strength to strength, after he received a professional contract from Fulham Football Club Academy in 2023.

The promising young midfielder has been developing well at Fulham Academy, where the focus is on individual technical development within a high performance environment. As well as being a key member of the U18 Youth squad, he recently played for the U21 team in the Premier League International Cup and scored a superb goal in a 3-1 win against Portuguese side Benfica. 

Josh has also been selected for the England U17 Men’s team who are looking forward to elite qualification matches this spring ahead of the UEFA European U17 Championship due to be held in Cyprus in the summer.

Hamptonians will remember that the talented footballer played a key role in the 2023 U18 English Schools’ Football Association final, scoring a fantastic goal in the 3-2 victory, which saw the Hampton School First XI team lift the coveted trophy in front of 700 travelling boys, parents and staff.

Josh has also been named one of the top youngsters in the Premier League this season. A report from The Guardian picked the best young talent from every top-flight club in England this season.
