Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) founder and CEO, Rob Mather OH (1983) was awarded an MBE by Her Late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II in the 2021 New Year Honours list for ‘services to medicine and charity’. Rob founded AMF in 2004, a charity which helps protect people from malaria by funding anti-malaria nets. Rob has worked tirelessly to raise funds and ensure that bed nets end up over the heads of those that need them most.

Ollie Stanhope OH (2016) was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the New Year Honours List. A stalwart of the Hampton Boat Club, Ollie represented his School at Henley Royal Regatta on two occasions: racing in the Temple Challenge Cup in 2015 before moving up to the first eight to contest the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup in 2016. In 2021, Ollie was selected to compete in the PR3 Mixed Coxed Four at the Tokyo Paralympics, going on to win Gold. His crew have had some impressive results in recent years, winning the World Championships three years in a row and recently winning the European Championships in Varese, Italy.

A multi-lingual football journalist, Michael Timbs OH (2010) has interviewed some of the biggest names in football.
From university, Michael signed up to an internship programme which gave him the opportunity to work at COPA90, the world’s largest independent football media company. After a successful internship, he became a social media content creator and writer for the company. Michael is now a freelance sports presenter and journalist and his current work includes presenting for Match of the Day (MOTDx), appearing on Sky Sports and working with Amazon Prime Video Sport.

Men's Olympic Head Rowing Coach
Paul has worked with British Rowing for over 18 years and since 2013 led the men’s sculling team to both the Rio 2016 Olympics and the delayed Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Paul’s first role with British Rowing was in 2003 when as a World Class Start coach he set up the highly successful talent ID centre in Bath. He was rewarded for his hard work and commitment to the sport by winning Performance Development Coach of 2012 at the Sportcoach UK Coaching Awards. He was also recognised with the Nick Broad Award for Emerging Talent for his work in the World Class Start Programme.
As Men’s Olympic Head Coach, Paul will lead the Olympic programme to produce Olympic Class boats with the potential to win medals at international competitions, building a world class culture within the programme that sees rowers and staff thrive both on and off the water.
